Hong Kong triad movie by acclaimed director Wong Jing. A big gang boss Big Brother Dragon hears of a contract hit out on him and he's only a few months from retirement. The fortune he looks set to retire with is the subject of much interest among those in his circles who are not retiring and he's naturally nervous. He enlists a bunch of secret assassins of his own to make a pre-emptive strike. Questions remain: who put out the hit? Who's a traitor? What does Dragon's shifty eyed stepchild have to do with all of this? How did these characters not know they were being trained to protect Dragon?
