Stranded

French horror film set in the North African desert in 1960. When a platoon of French soldiers is sent into the desert to track down a missing aircraft, the men soon realise that they are not alone. Caught in a sandstorm and under constant bombardment from Algerian rebels, the soldiers seek shelter in an uncharted desert village - where they soon realise that they have invoked an enemy far more dangerous and powerful than any human adversary.
