When a political aide is murdered in cold blood the only witness is a young boy, Ziggy (Lester), who is notorious for his tall tales and outlandish pranks. As he attempts to convince his family and others about the truth his sister Pippa (George) and Grandpa (Jeffries) offer support as he grows increasingly convinced that the killers are after him.
