Hammer Films pirate adventure starring Christopher Lee as Captain Robeles, a Spanish privateer in charge of the galleon Diablo. Following their defeat at the Battle of Armada Robeles and his crew seek refuge on the coast of Cornwall. Once they arrive they convince the locals that they defeated the British troops and that they are now their masters. Initially the locals are subservient but when word reaches them that the Spanish were defeated they begin to revolt.
