Alvin Rakoff directs this 1950s British crime drama starring Odile Versois, Eddie Constantine and Diana Dors. Indebted to loan shark Nick Biaggi (Herbert Lom), taxi driver Johnny McVey (Constantine) agrees to marry Parisian Malou Beaucaire (Versois) so she can stay in the country.
