Hard-boiled cops Marty (Michael Wong) and Mandy (Shannon Lee) come up with an ingenious plan to expose an international crime organisation. They will pose as jewel thieves and steal a priceless diamond from a Czech museum, thus bringing the real crooks out into the open. However, on the night of the crime, everything goes haywire when another gang of thieves try to muscle in on the action, leaving our undercover heroes fighting to the last.
