Spirit of '58 EP (RSD 2021)

The Alarm release the 'Spirit of '58 EP' for RSD 2021. A three-track limited edition 45 that is the official song for the Wales National Football Team as they head into this summer's EURO 2020 tournament. Wales kick off their campaign against Switzerland on June 12th 2021, the very same day as Record Store Day 2021 with The Alarm capturing the atmosphere and spirit of the Wales fans through the sure-to-be terrace anthems 'Red Wall of Cymru' and 'Red Dragon Tattoo'. These are joined by a reworking of the band's classic 'Spirit of '76' as 'Spirit of '58', which lyrically celebrates Wales' only World Cup Tournament. The EP is sure to appeal to Alarm fans around the world and fans and supporters of the Wales team. These recordings are unique to the EP as they are the original demonstration versions and therefore even more collectible for fans and supporters alike.
