Enkele maanden geleden bracht Arc Music de cd The Art of the Chinese Erhu (EUCD 2622) uit. De internationaal bekende bespeler van de erhu (tweesnarige Chinese viool) Zhou Yu was hierop te horen met een orkest. Op deze nieuwe cd wordt hij weliswaar ook begeleid, maar door zijn eigen ensemble. Subtiele, elegante muziek.
