Green Card

Georges Faure (Gerard Depardieu) is a working class Frenchman who needs a US visa, and Bronte Parrish (Andie MacDowell) a snobby New Yorker who needs a husband to qualify for the perfect apartment. They agree to marry and then part company, but when US officials decide to investigate the marriage they have to take a crash course on each other and 'create' a relationship - which then begins to come true.
