Two more episodes from the school comedy series starring John Alderton as the idealistic teacher Bernard Hedges. In 'Out of the Frying Pan' Mrs Savage orders the whole school to eat in the local pub and then she resigns! Whilst in 'Mixed Doubles' Abbott accidentally throws a brick through a shop window whilst trying to avoid a fight. Maureen tells Bernard she was also involved and Bernard has to decide whether he tells the shopkeepers.
