The first to collect three different property sets – each a different colour – wins. Swap, steal and scheme to make a fortune fast! Action cards mix up the game by letting players collect rent, take or trade properties, and more. Easy to learn, this family game for children ages 8+ and adults can be played in as little as 15 minutes. It’s a fun children's card game for game nights with family and friends. DIRECTIONS
1. Shuffle the deck and deal 5 cards to each player. 2. Place the remaining cards face down as a draw pile. 3. The top card of the draw pile is turned over to start a discard pile. 4. On your turn, draw a card from either the draw pile or the discard pile. 5. If you have 3 complete property sets (each a different color), you win the game. 6. Use Action Cards to swap, steal, or collect money from other players. 7. The game ends when one player has won by collecting 3 complete property sets.
