Offering fast and easy adhesion, the versatile double-sided mounting strips are designed for mounting jobs inside the house with the flexibility to change your mind. The practical sticky strips provide strong adhesion for a range of uses including mounting hooks, signs, numbers, pictures, car number plates etc. whilst also leaving you with the possibility to easily take items down if you decide to. The two-sided tape is able to hold up to 2 kg per strip under ideal conditions (i.e. mounting smooth flat objects less than 10 mm thick to metal) and will adhere to most building materials* including wood, ceramic, tiles, metal, brick, stone and most plastics. The heavy-duty tape is waterproof and translucent in colour, ensuring long-lasting durability and discreetness.
To apply: Apply only to clean, dry, sound surfaces which are free from dust, oil, grease, polish and moisture. For best results clean surfaces with methylated spirit. Prime dusty or porous surfaces and allow to dry. Apply strip to object and press down firmly. Remove the red liner and carefully apply to the surface pressing down firmly. For light objects e.g. signs and number plates, adhere strips (slightly shorter than the object) every 25-30cm. Maximum adhesion is reached after 24 hours, support heavier items for 24 hours.
