A memorial reissue of A&M's masterpiece of Sergio Mendes, the standard-bearer of the worldwide bossa nova boom, who passed away on September 5, 2024. This is a masterpiece that left the name of Sergio Mendes of bossa nova all over the world. This is the only album in which Mendes played without any orchestra, and the only albums in which he played without any orchestra were "Mash Que Nada" and this album. Released in 1967.
