PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Rally feeling in mini format! TAMIYA presents the Peugeot 306 Maxi on the BT-01 chassis with the 300058746. The drive setup can be individually changed on the BT-01. The Peugeot is built as standard with: standard wheelbase and front motor/front wheel drive (FF) setup. Based on the FF Hatchback Peugeot 306, the Peugeot 306 Maxi was developed with special components for rallies. A 2.0 litre front aspirated engine produced 280 horsepower and the car had enlarged fenders, a roof spoiler and a lighter body. Including victories in the 1996 and 1997 rally races in France, this car achieved many racing successes such as the class championship at the 1996 Monte Carlo Rally and third place in the 5th and 6th place. Race on the 1997 global rally track. The TAMIYA BT-01 chassis is a beginner-friendly chassis which offers 6 different drive and chassis variations. So the wheelbase can be built in 257 mm and 251 mm.
