All these Tektro disc brake I.S mounts will suit an I.S. Mount frame or fork with Post Mount caliper.

A2 Adapter - suitable for Aquila, Moto, Draco, Auriga and More:
Mounts a Post Mount caliper onto a front fork with a 160mm rotor or rear brake with a 140mm rotor.
