PLANET ICS-120 Serial Device Server is specifically designed to convert two RS232/RS422/RS485 serial communication interfaces into Fast Ethernet networks to extend network distance efficiently and cost-effectively.

There is a 10/100BASE-TX RJ45 port in the ICS-120, which allows connected serial devices to be IP based and immediately connect to a TCP / IP network. And its operating temperature from -10 to 60 °C is designed for all your network needs. The ICS-120 is a time-saving and cost-effective solution for users and system integrators to quickly convert their serial devices into the Ethernet network without the need to replace the existing serial devices and software system.

Remote management
Because the ICS-120 provides easy serial-to-Ethernet connectivity and a connection to a TCP/IP network, the remote network system can be managed efficiently via its web, telnet and VCOM management interfaces. It supports both application and serial operating modes for alarm or IP address connection, which saves the administrator time in detecting and locating network problems without visual inspection of wiring and devices. Multiple connection options are also available for a large network environment.
