【ストーリー】
建設会社の社長令嬢のスジンは、天真爛漫なお嬢様。建築家志望のチョルスとコンビニで運命的な出会いをし、二人はすぐに恋におちてしまった。
温かい家族に囲まれて育ったスジンと違い、チョルスは孤独に生きてきた男だったが、スジンの献身的な愛に結婚することを決意。
二人は晴れて新婚生活を迎える。建築士の試験にも受かり、幸せいっぱいの二人だった。
しかし、スジンはある時から、物忘れがひどくなり、自分の家への道順すら忘れてしまうようになった。
病院で、スジンは若年性アルツハイマー症だと診断される・・・。
