CS-LG400-10 ist eine 10-fach Kassette mit Linkglide-Technologie, die Shimano für Touren- und MTB-E-Bikes entwickelt hat, insbesondere für solche mit automatischer Schaltfunktion. Im Alltagseinsatz zeichnet es sich durch besonders lange Haltbarkeit und sehr sanfte Gangwechsel aus. Im Vergleich zu Hyperglide+ Kassetten, die auf Wettkampfleistung und schnelles Schalten ausgelegt sind, wurde die Lebensdauer um den Faktor 3 erhöht. Das liegt vor allem an der verbreiterten Basis der Ritzelverzahnung und den gefrästen Fasen, die den Verschleiß auch unter High minimieren Belastung. Die extrem leichtgängige Funktion ist auf das optimierte Design der Schalthilfen zurückzuführen, die dafür sorgen, dass die Kette ohne Pedalschläge auf ein größeres oder kleineres Ritzel geführt wird. So trittst du gleichmäßiger in die Pedale und hast länger Freude am Fahren, besonders wenn du viel und häufig fährst.,
