【ストーリー】
奇想天外な修行の末、ようやく秘技の型を得とくしたフェイフォンだったが、「水能覆舟(水には舟を浮べる力があるが、舟を覆すのもまた水である)」として、父ケイインから酔拳の危険を説かれ、飲酒を禁じられていた。
そんなある日、父と薬材の仕入れに出たフェイフォンは、ひょんなことから高名な武術家マンケイと知り合い、中国皇帝の秘宝の略奪事件に関わることになるが・・・・・・。
“酔えば酔うほど強くなる”のキャッチコピーで大ヒットした『酔拳』の16年ぶりの続編。
共演には『男たちの挽歌』でおなじみのティ・ロン、ジャッキー作品の常連アニタ・ムイの他、監督には『少林寺三十六房』の巨匠ラウ・カーリョンなど豪華な顔ぶれが勢ぞろい。
