Harpiste Sayaka Ikuyama heeft zich grondig verdiept in de harptradities van Schotland en Ierland en daar twee mooie cds van uitgebracht: Spirited Harp (TAMCD 1) en Light (TAMCD 2). Onder de naam Cis speelt ze samen met een andere Japanse harpiste, Agata, die tevens zingt. Dat verklaart waarom op deze cd voornamelijk ballades staan. Klassiekers als Foggy Dew, Ae Fond Kiss en Scarborough Fair worden in het Japans gezongen en voorzien van passende harpbegeleiding.
