Our band info begins with the hint that at the first appearance of JANE on 5.12.1970 hardly anyone suspected that this formation should develop into one of the most successful rock acts in Germany. And much less could you foresee that exactly 50 years later a dangerous virus would destroy the far largest part of the celebrations for the band anniversary. In the epidemic year 2020, we will probably not be able to play club gigs anymore. Therefore, we decided to offer live music to our loyal fans at least as a CD and DVD. The basis for this comes from 2013 from our appearance at the Black Hand Inn in Gadenstedt, which was recorded in picture and sound. Unfortunately, the material was fraught with technical errors, which at the time led to the planned release of the entire concert being stopped. Thanks to the professional help of our sound engineer Ossy Pfeiffer, we were now able to save at least part of the songs. But the whole thing gets an enhancement when you consider that it is one of the last concerts in which Werner NADOLNY was able to participate a few months before his illness-related departure at the end of 2014. DETE KLAMANN, who will leave the band at the end of 2020 for health and private reasons, can also be seen here again in full action. So this CD is the last opportunity for the inclined Jane fan to experience the band once again in this cast.
