The tough security expert Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone) faces a new, highly risky challenge after his infamous outbreak from La Tomb: a man is missing from his team that tests high-security prisons worldwide. Shu Ren, one of Breslin's best men, seems to have been kidnapped and settled in H.A.D.E.S. to be located. So Breslin has to go into captivity again to free Shu Ren from this high-tech super prison. He can count on the support of old companions such as Hush (50 cents), but will that be enough to escape this hell on earth?
