The legendary television appearence of the TUBES from San Francisco on the stage of German TV studio in 1981. A highlight of Music television. April 1981, Musikladen director Mike Leckebusch had the idea and offered the band with Fee Waybill, Bill Spooner, Roger Steen, Vince Welnick, The Prairie Prine, Rick Anderson and Michael Cotton the cnance to present their new album "The Completion Backward Principle" live on TV. The Band was sure that "TV is KIng" and took this chance. With great effort (the band plus 3 dancers and several extras) this show on April 24, 1981 went on the stage and was broadcasted some weeks later - not only in GErmany but also in several other European countries. The plan worked - the album became the most successful album of the band in Europe! Sireena Records it very proud to present this documentary on 2 LPs for the very first time. Limited to 1000 copies in coloured vinyl! The liner notes wrote David Fricke from the US Rolling Stone magazine.
