The EFIE heat pads are an alternative to the conventional rubber hot water bottle. Cherry stone pillows or spelt pillows are a tried and tested home remedy from Mother Nature. Can be used on all occasions where warm/cold is simply good. No scalding with hot water. The excellent softness adapts to the body shape and allows the warmth/cold to work exactly where it is needed. Thanks to the very good heat retention and the pleasant warmth of the grains/cores, the EFIE heat pads have a soothing, relaxing and soothing.
