Ihr Mann wird brutal ermordet, und nicht nur die Polizei, sondern auch Yakuza-Schergen sind Migiwa auf den Fersen. In einem schäbigen Bordell auf einer kleinen Insel findet sie Unterschlupf und sammelt Kräfte bis zum Tag der Vergeltung. Doch eins musste Migiwa auf ihrem Leidensweg bereits lernen: „Egal, wie viele ich umbringe, es kommt immer noch einer, mieser als der andere.“ Und so badet die zu allem entschlossene Rächerin weiter in den Blutfontänen ihrer Feinde!
