Endlich offiziell im Handel erhältlich: das auf satte 14 Tracks erweiterte Debütalbum des hochgelobten Punk-Ska-Powerpop-Quartetts aus Philadelphia als Vinyl LP (Random Coloured Vinyl) auf Gunner. Seit 2018 sind Brittany Luna, Tim Hildebrand, Ben Parry und Chris Pires Catbite, und mit einer verblüffend leichtfüßigen Mischung aus UK-Two Tone, Vintage Punkrock, Powerpop und Garage-Beat hat die Band seitdem Begeisterung von The Washington Post über den Rolling Stone bis hin zu Brooklyn Vegan und Punknews.org ausgelöst. Catbite verbinden Elvis Costello-Harmonien mit dem Drive von Operation Ivy und The Selecter-Lyrics. Ständig auf Tour, eilt der Band inzwischen ein mächtiger Ruf voraus. „Nice One Deluxe“ enthält neben den zehn Songs des in den USA 2012 erschienenen Debütalbums „Nice One“ noch vier extra „Catlite“- und „Catfite“-Versionen, wobei erstere das Alternative-Country-Alter-Ego der Band repräsentieren, während „Catfite“ für die Liebe zum Hardcore-Punk steht. Das Quartett, das bereits mit The Gaslight Anthem, Bouncing Souls, NOFX und Circle Jerks tourte, kommt im Oktober 2024 zusammen mit The Slackers endlich auf Europatour!
