Drittes Album des britisch-kanadischen Power-Punk’n’Roll-Trios als LP-Only (Erstpressung Silver Grey Vinyl) mit Downloadcode auf Gunner. Seit 2013 besteht das Trio aus London und Kanada, mit „No Future“ (2016) und „Bad Luck Like Gold“ (2019) wurden die ersten beiden Alben auf kandischen Indielabels veröffentlicht. Mit den zehn Songs auf „Wild Ride“ präsentieren Jared Ellul (Leadgesang, Gitarre), Kayla Purves (Bass) und Eric Freeborn (Schlagzeug) ihre raue und aggressive Musik jetzt dem europäischen Publikum. Beeinflusst von Acts wie The Bronx oder Single Mothers spielen Heart Attack Kids einen schweren, rauen, vorwärtstreibenden und Riff-orientierten Mix aus Punkrock, Hardcore, Metal, Grunge und Punk’n’Roll. Voller Adrenalin und Aggression ist jeder der zehn Songs ein Ausrufezeichen, die Band erregte schnell das Interesse von Szenemedien und Multiplikatoren, spielte im Vorprogramm von Acts wie Billy Talent, Rise Against und The Gaslight Anthem. Mit „Wild Ride“ legen sie ihr nächstes beeindruckendes Werk vor.
