Das Solodebüt von PASCAL FUHLBRÜGGE ist eine große Erzählung geworden, über Hamburg und Deutschland, Rock und Rave, Pop und Politik, Indie und Major - schreibt Tobias Thomas in SPEX 3/2006 über das Album, das auf Platz 3 der dortigen Redaktionscharts gelandet ist. `CD 1´ ist kein Soloalbum im eigentlichen Sinne, sondern eine Kolla-boration von und mit befreundeten Musikern von Bands wie KISSO-GRAM, TOLERANTES BRANDENBURG, KNARF RELLÖM, NOVACK, SAALSCHUTZ, THE CHIPS, EGOEXPRESS und POPCHOR BERLIN. Die Basis für die Songs bilden dabei musikalische Fundstücke in Form von meist live eingespielten Soloarbeiten und Kooperationen, welche dann nachträglich von PASCAL FUHLBRÜGGE neu editiert, gemischt und overdubt wurden. Das Ergebnis dieses kreativen Zusammenspiels sind 17 packende Tracks zwischen Techno, Disco, Punk und Pop plus Politik!
