Tarkus (Expanded Edition)

The 2012 remastered two-CD edition of Emerson, Lake & Palmer's second album. Disc One presents the original 1971 album in the 2012 remaster, with the full suite 'Tarkus' and the remainder of the original tracklist with improved sonic clarity. Disc Two offers an alternate 'album' built from the 2012 Steven Wilson stereo mixes of the same material, sequenced in album order and augmented with additional session tracks such as 'Oh, My Father', 'Unknown Ballad' and an alternate take of 'Mass', providing a broader view of the recording period.
