Die Marineoffiziere David und Alan sind auf Landurlaub in Hong Kong unterwegs. Als Alan eines Tages ohne David loszieht und sich Rauschgift beschaffen will, kommt er unter mysteriösen Umständen ums Leben. Was niemand wusste, Alan war ein Spion des KGB und ermittelte verdeckt gegen ein Drogensyndikat. Für David wird das Leben plötzlich zur Hölle, denn als "Mitwisser" wird er von den Hintermännern des Syndikats erbarmungslos gejagt. Schließlich sieht David nur noch einen Ausweg und bittet in seiner Verzweiflung seine Cousine, die schöne Detektivin Yeung, um Hilfe.
