Barbara (Anita Sanders) hat ihren Mann Paolo (Nino Segurini) nach London begleitet. Er lässt sie für seine Geschäftstransaktionen im Hyde Park zurück und Barbara macht sich auf den Weg, sich die Stadt anzuschauen. Doch schon bald merkt sie, dass ein Afroamerikaner (Terry Carter) sie begehrt. Sie sieht darin eine Chance für einen abenteuerlichen Ausflug in eine neue Welt und während sich ihre Beobachtungen mit ihren Fantasien vermischen, beginnt sie, ihr eigenes Leben in Frage zu stellen.
