Originally released in 1992, 'Main Offender' failed to match the success of his solo debut, 'Talk Is Cheap' and resulted in him putting his solo career on hold for the next 23 years. This deluxe edition features a bonus disc featuring the unreleased album 'Winos Live In London '92'.
