"Love Us Or Hate Us" vereint die Highlights der ersten sechs Alben der Essener Thrash Metal-Band. Zusammen mit den Bands Destruction und Sodom bilden Kreator das so genannte "Dreigestirn des deutschen Thrash Metal". Die Band um Sänger und Gitarrist Miland "Mille" Petrozzas hat weltweit inzwischen über 2 Millionen Alben verkauft. Bereits 1985 erschien das Album "Endless Pain", welches den Übergang von Speed Metal hin zu ihrem eigenen stilprägenden Thrash Metal vollzieht. Mit ihrem dritten Album "Terrible Certainty" (1987) fanden Kreator zu ihrem eigenen Stil, und die Popularität der Band wuchs ungebremst weiter. Kreator spielten in dieser Zeit mit Celtic Frost in Europa und mit D.R.I. in Nordamerika. "Renewal" von 1992 sollte das letzte Album für Noise Records werden.
