Sentinel Beast was founded in Sacramento, California in 1984 by Debbie Gunn (vocals), Mike Spencer (bass) andScott Awes (drums). During this time Greg Williams and Jerry Fraiser were on the guitars, who were later replaced byBarry Fischel and Mark Koyasako.The band was discovered by Slayer's Kerry King and recorded the influential "Depths Of Death" album, which wasreleased in 1986 on Metal Blade Records. "Depths Of Death" was produced by Bill Metoyer (Slayer, Omen, Trouble,Sacred Reich and many more).The band then toured extensively and opened shows for Slayer, Exodus, Megadeth, Mercful Fate and King Diamond,among others. They also performed at the highly regarded Keep It True Festival in Europe.In 2021, it's time to re-release this gem and make it available.
