Another Lesson in Violence

This album appeared after a far-reaching line-up change at Exodus. Paul Baloff, who originally stepped out in 1986 after the release of -Bonded By Blood-, returns as a singer. Likewise, Tom Hunting returned after he had stepped out for health reasons just before the 1989 Fabulous Disaster tour. Furthermore, this is also the band's first album on which Jack Gibson can be heard on bass. Robb Flynn of Vio-Lence and Machine Head also gave himself the honour with a guest appearance at -A Lesson in Violence.
Early in 1998, a few months after the album's release, the band went into their second break, which lasted until 2001. The following year, not long after the band's second reunion, longtime exodus frontman Steve -Zetro- Souza returned to the band due to the death of Paul Baloff, who died of a stroke.
-Another Lesson In Violence- was the band's first collaboration with Andy Sneap who produced this live album and is subsequently responsible for mixing and mastering all other Exodus albums, starting at the Tempo Of The Damned (2004).
