EDITORIAL REVIEWS
The RAH Band was founded in 1977 by Richard Anthony Hewson. Her first single, The Crunch", got a big hit: she achieved top 10 rankings in the UK and Europe and is still in the ear today as the theme song of the WDR & #34; Schlagerralye". This was followed by Jazz-Funk club hits such as " Falcon" and " Slide". In the 1980s, the RAH Band was consistently featured on the British Dance Music Charts, produced a total of five albums and numerous 12 34 singles. Another popular classic is the 1985 album " Mystery", featuring the classic & #34; Clouds Across The Moon", an international hit that took place #6 in the UK and #1 in Australia. After studying composition, Hewson's first job in the music business was to arrange the title of Mary Hopkins for the Beatles label Apple - this became an international No. 1 hit. He also arranged the Long And Winding Road" for the Beatles themselves and collaborated with artists such as Herbie Hancock, Stan Getz, Diana Ross, Art Garfunkel, Supertramp, Fleetwood Mac, Paul McCartney & Wings, Chris Rea, Chris De Burgh, Leo Sayer or Al Stewart. In the 1980s he produced top 10 hit singles with Cliff Richard, Shakin' Stevens, Five Star, etc.
