Ein verlassenes Sanatorium: zwei schwer verletzte Patienten erwachen aus ihrer Narkose. Der Mann und die Frau haben keinerlei Erinnerung, wer sie sind und was passiert ist. Betreut werden sie von einem psychopathischen Chirurgen, der behauptet, ihre einzige Chance zu sein. Die Opfer müssen eine entsetzliche Prozedur durchhalten, um sich zu retten und ihre wahre Identität herauszufinden.
