Gamma Ray's fourth studio album, "Land Of The Free", tells a story of rebellion and standing tall in the face of adversity. When Gamma Ray began to work on the album in autumn 1994, the band was weathering a storm of their own with a change in line-up, leading to Kai Hansen eventually taking over as the band's lead vocalist. With that, Gamma Ray found back to their enthusiasm. "Land Of The Free", originally released in 1996, became the first album to feature Hansen on lead vocals and ever since the band has taken the world by storm.
