With a simultaneous global attack, the Legion has taken control of the nations of the world - the only force capable of stopping them is the Mayhem.

Led by the mysterious and unstoppable Persephone Brimstone, Mayhem's elite super agents are recalled to the city of Seoul, South Korea.

In the ranks of Legion is an evil plan, led by Minister Doctor Babylon and his minions, which aims to build a device capable of altering the world and giving unlimited power to the nefarious organization.

To stop Legion and bring the world back to normal, Mayhem agents will have to traverse a vast urban battlefield from streets to rooftops, joining forces in a team of super-agents.

Success will not be easy to achieve and collateral damage is likely to be many. Yet for agents it's just a normal day's work.
