Das Quartett um Sänger und Kontrabassist AXEL PRAEFCKE, der bis heute als Musiker und Komponist aktiv ist und u.a. für Szenegrößen wie IKE & THE CAPERS, ROUND UP BOYS, SPO-DEE-O-DEE oder CHERRY CASINO & THE GAMBLERS schrieb und spielte, existierte von 1992-1997. Die Band präsentierte auf "Bop With The Roosters" ihren Sun-Studio-beeinflussten Roots-Rockabilly, der mit dezenten Hillbilly- oder Westernswing-Einsprengseln abgerundet wurde. Fast alle der 16 wunderbar groovigen und stilvollen Songs wurden von PRAEFCKE selbst geschrieben. Eine erstklassige Rockabilly-Band, die bis heute viele Szenekenner begeistert.
