Eric Lugoschs stilistische Flexibilität ist erstaunlich. Man vergleiche nur den coolen Groove und die kühn verschachtelten B-Riffs, Bendings und Ghost-Notes von Primate House mit dem sprühenden Calypso-Rhythmus von St. Thomas, komponiert von Saxophon-Koloss Sonny Rollins. Einer Vorliebe für Jazziges entspringt auch das herrlich relaxt swingende Im Confessin That I Love You, Folk-Roots treten unversehens zutage in seiner Bearbeitung von Loudermilks Windy And Warm, charmanter Spielwitz wird offenbar bei Its Not True. Mit Kind Heroes hat er ein Album vorgelegt, das ihn als einen der kreativsten Köpfe der amerikanischen Akustikgitarren-Szene ausweist.
