Diesmal gerät der beliebteste Außerirdische seit E.T. in die Hände des Militärs. Die Jungs in Uniform wollen Alf mal so richtig "durchchecken". Doch was für die anderen zum Alptraum wird, ist wie immer "Null Problemo" für Alf. Um sein Fell zu retten schafft er es mit Hilfe seiner Freunde zu verduften. Doch diese Flucht entpuppt sich als Irrsinnstrip, bei dem Alf, das hyperaktive Fellknäuel, einen Motelbesitzer und einen Truckfahrer an den Rand des Wahnsinns treibt. Jetzt geht der tierische Punk erst richtig los.
