S/FTP LSZH patch cable, Cat.7 (plug: Cat.6A) (600MHz) in snagless design with gold-plated contacts. For Ethernet up to 10GBase-T The Cat. 7 cable material for operating frequencies up to 600 MHz with total braided shield and foil single wire shield (S/FTP) has been designed for use in data centres, server rooms, in rack mounting of network and control cabinets etc. for networks up to 10GBase. The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connectors over very long periods of time. The snagless clip protector prevents the latch clip from breaking or tearing off the plug (jack protection). So the cables can be stored and processed without snagging into each other with the clips. Thanks to the halogen-free sheath material of the cable designed as an LSZH cable, the product with its low flue gas development and the completely eliminated emission of toxic halogens is suitable for use in public spaces. This product uses Cat.7 cable material. The Cat.7 standard originally defines the GG45 connectors, which were designed as an evolution of RJ45, but could not prevail in the market.
