Discover the captivating musical world of David 'Yacouba' Jacob, Trust's iconic bassist since 1996. This versatile musician musician has explored a variety of horizons, from world music to blues and jazz, collaborating with talents such as Geoffrey Oryema, Ilene Barnes and Ladell McLin. In 2018, the double bass conquered him, taking him to the frontiers of classical, contemporary and jazz. Today, at the head of his own group YACOUBA TRIO - with Nicolas Noel on piano and Hakim Molina on drums - he presents some unique compositions. These fusion of 60s jazz with the ethnic influences that have always nurtured him.
