Born in Guyana, Jahdan Blakkamoore moved to Brooklyn at an early age. His music fuses Urban and World music. His sense of melody and the ability to cross over genres has solidified his statut as a relevant artist in the music industry. Jahdan Blakkamoore has lent his voice or songwriting skills to countless tracks, notably Snoop Dogg's foray into reggae (Reincarnated, 2013) which yielded a Grammy nomination. Beyond his solo carreer, Jahdan Blakkamoore is a long time member of the group Noble Society, acclaimed as Kings of Urban Reggae . Hip hop heads also know him from his features with the iconic NY duo Smif-N-Wessun (including the classic Sound Boy Bureill)as well as his collaborations with Major Lazer. Order Of Distinction is the third studio album by Jahdan Blakkamoore. The album is a fusion of Urban style with Afro-caribbean music where live instruments meet digital elements.
