Dans le cadre de son anthologie des oeuvres pour la main gauche - la première jamais réalisée - Maxime Zecchini consacre ce volume aux trois concertos commandés à Ravel, Prokofiev et Britten par le pianiste Paul Wittgenstein, amputé du bras droit durant la Première Guerre Mondiale. Un enregistrement réalisé avec l'Orchestre Philharmonique du Cap, placé sous la direction de Jan Moritz Onken.
