Lovers of scissors, this DVD is for you! The scissors are useful in many disciplines: Pencak Silat, Ju-Jitsu, Kung-Fu, Viet Vo Dao, Capoeira. Discover a whole range of very effective and spectacular techniques in this video. You will first learn a specific warm-up workout that will help you build your strength and train balance. Then you will learn the different techniques in detail: Scissors on the head, torso and legs. You can also see applications with one or two partners for all learned techniques. Eric Chatelier, author of this video and president of the French Pencak Silat (AFPS), was the first not Indonesian to join the style of Persaudaraan Setia Hati. He won several titles (double European champion and various medals between 1989 and 1995). He is also vice president of the European Pencak Silat Association (EPSF) and has received numerous official awards for his contribution to the development of the Pencak Silat.
