Guitarist and melodist of La Tordue, Fil makes us discover his universe punctuated by texts with poetic echoes, leaving the beautiful part to the instrumentals and the imagination they deploy. He sings his own words like those of others, songs sculpted by electric, meditative, silent guitars, which venture into wide and limpid mental expanses. Fil cousin then with the magicians of post-rock, somewhere between Tortoise and Kat Onoma. Revealing a world apart, his compositions well resemble the simple title of his album, J'aime: an act of sincerity with open arms, a generous voice addressing friendly hearts.
