The second release of the legendary Celluloid label since its rebirth after 35 years of silence, Honk Gong is a brand-new trip-hop/no wave duo built around the wild and dreamlike samples of Paul Ramon (Pleasure Principle, Bryan's Magic Tears) and the contagiously relaxing flow of San Francisco producer/MC Robin Jiro Margerin (Salt) opecia, There's Ii fs, Marginal Tow). Conceived as the diary of a chemical shipwreck, "Dissociate" oscillates between the intelligence of a title from A Tribe Called Quest and the aesthetics of a YouTube collage. Recorded by Paul Rannaud (Fat White Family, Insecure Men) and mixed by Maxime Maurel (Departure Kids, Ventre de Biche), this first track kicks off a series of concerts and showcases before the release of a debut album, Eau de Low, announced for spring 2026.
