Rooted in the heart of mysterious medieval notions and mellifluence. The period which encompassed all forms of passion, little known today, but which the Ensemble Jehan de Channey has reawakened. The troubadours' repertory of the XIIth century is balanced against that of the Goliards, discovered in the Benediktbeuren monastery and which bears its name (Carmina Burana). The Cantigas de Santa Maria complete this depiction of medieval masterpieces.
